Transparency. We advocate for transparency — but do we hold ourselves to the same standard?

Transparency - We live it.

You know you love what you do when even casual conversations turn into deep dives about work. That happened to me recently. I was catching up with a friend—someone incredibly successful in sales and marketing—when the topic of transparency came up.

I was making the case for why transparency is so important, it Builds Trust, Enhances Accountability, Reduces Risk, and more - but then he turned the conversation back on me.

"I put myself in the shoes of a prospective customer and visited your website," he said. "And honestly? It’s not transparent."

He suggested making our pricing public and offering an online demo. My gut reaction? No way. I didn’t want competitors seeing our pricing or getting a closer look at our software.

His words stuck with me and the more I thought about it, the more I questioned myself. Is our product better? Are we truly innovative? Are we ready to revolutionize this market? Do our clients love what we’ve built?

The answer is Yes—to all of these.

That’s why we released the Account Tree Pricing Calculator. Schools and districts can now see exactly what we offer and get a real quote.

It’s anonymous and simpleno hidden fees, no sales games. Type in the numer of schools and get your price. It's that easy.

Is this groundbreaking? No. In the SaaS world, it’s expected.

But in school finance software, this is both revolutionary and innovative. Most companies in this space hide their pricing. You have to ask yourself—why?

To keep things transparent, we don’t charge extra for additional users. You can freely give access to administrators, teachers, students, and parents—no extra fees involved.

We believe in transparency - and we’re proving it.
